Mick Goodwin

Managing Director

Mick has had 17 years' experience in the I.T. industry. Mick has worked for Telstra, Swiss Banking Corporation, Rothschild Australia, MTG Consulting (Midas Technology Group) and Absolute Business Systems. Fuelled by a desire to provide his clients with the highest level of customer service possible, he began Loyal I.T. Solutions in 2002.

Mick has a young family on the Central Coast and his interests are basketball, guitar, and relaxing with family and friends.

Julie Goodwin, Director Sales & Marketing Loyal IT Solutions

Julie Goodwin

Director, Sales and Marketing

Julie oversees the quoting and purchasing of hardware and software. In this capacity she is always researching new products and ideas. Her marketing role keeps her in contact with our clients and their objectives. Her goal is to keep Loyal I.T.'s service as personal and customised as possible while still offering efficient, reliable and professional service.

Julie enjoys cooking, reading and music.

Anthony brings to Loyal I.T. twelve years’ experience in IT systems. He has a very strong customer service focus and carries out his role with the professional and thorough attitude that our clients have come to expect. Anthony’s background is a varied one.

Josh studied I.T. in year 11-12 for the HSC and started a traineeship in I.T. the day after his last HSC exam. He worked as a Service Desk Analyst before moving on to RACEIT looking after high school networks. From there he moved to Donaldson Filters supporting the I.T. infrastructure and from there to Loyal I.T. He is now working for Loyal I.T where his problem solving skills and thorough professional approach have made him a valued team member.

Josh enjoys snowboarding and driving his new Evo. He relaxes with a bit of lawn bowls and a beer with mates.

Leon has had a strong interest in I.T. for several years and has worked in the industry for 4. Leon started with Microsoft Technical support. From there he expanded to Colgate internal I.T. support, Komatsu internal support, and then on to supporting Suncorp Metway internally before joining the Loyal team where his natural ability with all things technical benefits clients and team alike.

Leon's interests include cars and extreme sports including rally driving, tarmac racing, skydiving and snowboarding.

Kyle Hockings, IT Consultant Loyal IT Solutions

Kyle is new to the industry but has had a strong interest in I.T. for many years. He has completed Certificate III in I.T. and is working towards Cert IV (Netwrok management). Kyle has a natural flair for technology.

He enjoys playing and refereeing soccer, relaxing and spending time with his mates.

Michael Trimblett, IT Consultant, Loyal IT Solutions

Michael Trimblett

Michael brings over 8 years experience in Information Technology specialising in the dental and specialist medical fields. He has a number of industry qualifications including being a certified specialist in Microsoft Small Business Server. Michael is now studying Bachelor of IT at UTS and works for Loyal I.T. part time. His energy and positive attitude, along with a strong service focus have made him a respected and valuable part of the Loyal team

Michael enjoys playing poker and is a sports nut especially following the Mariners.

Jason has worked with us on many occasions where his extensive knowledge of Cisco systems is required. He truly is the guru in this area and we are honoured to consider him a part of our team.

Rick Broome

Software Analyst/Programmer

Rick is degree qualified in applied science (computing science) with 20 years experience in the IT industry. Rick's areas of expertise are:

Ricks' projects range from accounting system modifications, and small stand-alone applications through to larger turnkey solutions using client/server SQL technology. Rick has worked closely with Mick Goodwin for the past ten years. He has consistently demonstrated his abilities to understand and translate business needs into fully functional software applications. He is held in high regard by peers and clients alike, and is considered among the best programmers in the industry.

In addition to this, at Loyal I.T. we have close relationships with many complementary businesses including web design, cabling, and Linux and Mac specialists.
