Mick Goodwin – Managing Director

Mick’s experience in the I.T. industry dates back to 1992. Mick previously worked for Telstra, Swiss Banking Corporation, Rothschild Australia, MTG Consulting (Midas Technology Group) and Absolute Business Systems. Fuelled by a desire to provide his clients with the highest level of customer service possible, he and his wife Julie, began Loyal I.T. Solutions in 2002 from his lounge room.

Mick has a young family (3 boys) on the Central Coast and his interests include basketball, guitar, travelling, cheering on the Wests Tigers and relaxing with family and friends.

Julie Goodwin – Director

Julie’s involvement with the day to day running of the business has ceased since becoming Australia’s first Masterchef. Julie remains a business owner and is responsible for Loyal I.T. Solutions marketing and team building events.

Julie enjoys cooking, reading, travelling and music.

Anthony Barr – Technical Team Leader

Anthony’s I.T. experience dates back to 1992. He was the first employee of Loyal I.T. Solutions and remains an integral part of our team. Anthony brings to work each day a positive, optimistic and happy attitude that he shares with our team and our clients. He heads up the technical team and provides 2^nd level support when required.

Anthony is raising a young family. He enjoys remote control cars, tenpin bowling and playing with technology.

Josh Blunden – I.T. Consultant

Josh studied I.T. back in high school then went on to an I.T. traineeship. He worked for RACEIT for a number of years before moving to Donaldson Filters, then to the team at Loyal I.T. Josh has strong project management skills. He is motivated by and enjoys a good server implementation. Josh’s approach to work is very thorough, he never drops the ball.

Josh enjoys snowboarding and driving his Mitsubishi Evolution. He relaxes with a bit of lawn bowls and a beer with mates.

Leon Black – I.T. Consultant

Leon’s I.T. career started with Microsoft Technical support. From there he expanded to Colgate internal I.T. support, Komatsu internal support, and then on to supporting Suncorp Metway internally before joining the Loyal team.

Leon is like a dog with a bone with a problem and is well known for his natural ability with all things technical. This benefits clients and our team alike.

Leon’s interests include cars and extreme sports including rally driving, tarmac racing, skydiving and snowboarding.

David Lamberton – I.T. Consultant

Dave developed a strong interest in I.T. at a young age. He brings to the team, a calm yet tenacious attitude that sees him follow issues through to a resolution. Dave is motivated by getting the job done and seeing our client’s satisfaction.

Dave enjoys going out to see live bands, tennis, hanging out with friends and beer, especially all at the same time.

Matt Wright – I.T. Consultant

Matt is a recent convert from Sydney and is looking forward to bringing his family to the sunny, beachside lifestyle of the Central Coast. Matt has always had an interest in computing which began just as Microsoft released Windows 3.0 and the inception of the front panel “Turbo” button.

Matt enjoys getting his “I.T.” hands dirty and hopes to cement his knowledge to help with server installs and project rollouts. Matt carries thirteen years of knowledge working within places like JP Morgan, UBS and Macquarie Bank.

Matt used to enjoy playing rugby but is now very happy to watch from the sidelines and loves spending time and being active with his family.

Shay Perry – Receptionist

Shay is our friendly, young receptionist. She brings to the team energy and enthusiasm and has keen organisational skills. Her goal is to get our clients booked in and cared for.

Shay enjoys hitting the slopes snowboarding in the winter, and cruising the beach in the summer. She relaxes with a good book, and hanging out with her friends.

Rose Breitkopf – Office Manager

Rose brings to Loyal I.T. her calm, composed organisation skills and keeps the team working efficiently, providing support to staff and clients. Rose overseas the financial side of the business, keeping the books squeaky clean. Rose holds a Certificate 3 in Business Administration and continues her studies to better her knowledge.

Rose enjoys spending time with her young family. Her interests include scrap booking, gardening and reading.

Jamie Goodwin – I.T. Trainee

Jamie is our latest and greatest. For many years prior to joining the Loyal team, he worked out of his home office with his father building and fixing computers. Jamie has completed his Certificate II and III in I.T. He is currently studying his Diploma in I.T.

Jamie enjoys riding motorbikes, playing video games and spending time with family and friends at BBQ’s.

Michael Trimblett – I.T. Consultant

Michael is currently studying a Bachelor of I.T. at U.T.S. and works for Loyal I.T. on a part time. His energy and positive attitude, along with a strong service focus have made him a respected and valuable part of the Loyal team.

Michael provides excellent I.T. industry knowledge in the dental field and provides great support to our dental clients.

Michael enjoys playing poker and is a sports nut especially following the Mariners and the Cronulla Sharks.
