Loyal I.T. launches new ticket logging system

Do you need to log a service or support ticket with us?  Have no time to speak to someone to log a ticket?  Have more information than what can be conveyed through a phone conversation?  Now you can log a call for help by simply emailing help@loyalit.com.au.  Our automated ticket logging system will automatically assign you a ticket number and notify our technicians that you need support.  No longer will you have to wait in a phone queue to log a support call.  Simply email your request for support and we will contact you back.  Of course, if you still prefer to speak to someone you can always call us on 02 4337 0700 and speak to Naomi or Anna who are always keen to take your call.
